JellHeads are known to create an overflow of Jell, with most of it left floating into the air and then evaporating and disappearing.
Normally, that excess of Jell transports waste and other non-wanted things outside of the Jell, but in rare cases, it will transport something else.
It is tiny specs of life energy that it carries in rare cases, which prevents it from disappearing.
Instead, it turns the little blob of Jell into a tiny friend sized bean. JellHead researchers are a big fan of these little by-products and have given them the name of "JellBeans" because of their JellyBean shape.
They like to keep them as tiny floating pets and would even pay you shards to gather them.

Keeping JellBeans
Since JellBeans don't have a core, they can't break down food themself.
Instead, they rely on other JellHeads, follow and feed on the weak power they radiate.
They can also be kept in JellBags, bags that are made out of special power infused fabrics that can keep JellBeans without any problems of having them disappear due to energy loss.
JellBeans are always attracted to energy sources of their kind and that trait can sometimes be used to your own advantage, for example tracking down shards or other JellHeads.

JellBeans and faces
Any JellScientist and even hobby-modifiers are able to modify these tiny orbs and modify them to have tiny cute faces!
Since the Jell doesn't constantly move like on JellHeads, the face won't disappear and is very easy to create! It will cost you nothing to get a face on your bean, just ask any hobby-modifier or JellScientist to get your bean a face and they will happily give you one! I am sure some even have devices ready just to generate faces. Its the JellBeans that even fuel and motivate the Scientists. Just looking at them makes their heart melt. Hold them gentle like hamburger. |
Ancient golden JellBeans
Golden and shimmering, these JellBeans are one of the oldest and most valuable kind to exist. Not only because of their golden appearance, but because of how little is known about these rare beans.
It is said that these beans originate from century old JellHeads and won their golden appearance over time. Scientists are still researching the process, but they have theories about their nutrients and their life energy somehow doing this and that to get that golden shimmer. We are all have no clue how they do it yet. |
How to get JellBeans
When writing about or drawing your JellHead, you have a rare chance of encountering one of these.
When you do, they will be of the color of the drawn JellHead and added to your Inventory.
It is up to you whether you want to keep it, or sell if to any local JellScientist for some shards!
But you can also encounter wild JellBeans left by other JellHeads of random color!
They can be found scattered in any JellHead group!
Note:
Mascot Art has a higher JellBean chance (Mascot JellBeans are worth less)
Gift Art has a slightly higher JellBean chance
Just don't forget that you need to have a registered Inventory and enough space in your BeanBag to own JellBeans!
JellBeans of the same kind can stack up to 9 times in a BeanBag before creating a new Stack!
It is deemed as illegal to own JellBeans without owning a registered account!
(And the local scientists will gladly legaly steal your JellBeans and keep them as pets >:D )

Claiming JellBeans
When JellBeans appear from your work, you automatically claim them, as long as you have space in your BeanBag.
If you don't have space and don't claim them within 1 week, they will disappear
While manually claiming, you always need to have enough space in your BeanBag to claim them.
And you can also only claim once, so always be prepared and have enough space in your bag.
If you don't have space for all JellBeans but still wish to claim some, you can either
-Upgrade your BeanBag to hold more JellBeans
-Only claim some specific JellBeans and either leave the rest alone or
--Call your friends and give them permission claim the rest of the discovered JellBeans
(Example: you can tag them below the comment saying "Permission to claim @MWINS @Zirlia " to give them permission to claim or say, "Free for all")
You can not claim half of the beans, sell them, and then return to claim the rest, they will most likely disappear once you return.
Discovered JellBeans can only be claimed by the discoverer, or the people that are given permission for the discoverer.
Any person is only able to claim once. So claim wisely
